Use text2graphic to create high-quality graphics out of text. Choose an appropriate text-style with shadows,
mask etc. and apply it on hundreds of textlines (e.g. buttons) to create many graphic-files.
Afterwards just use your favorite graphic-converter application to convert the graphics to the format of your choice.
Who should use text2graphic?
Multimedia-professionals need to create graphic-files out of text very often to visually enhance their
multimedia- applications or web-sites.
Furthermore text2graphic can be used as an alternative to expensive graphic-application programs to e.g. create
a text-graphic for a webpage very fast.
What is the differences between the "le" and the "pro" editions?
We decided to split up the application into two versions, that individuals or companies with a limited budget can effort the version with limited functionality and professional users who need all features could register the other one.
The le version features just one shadow, the pro offers two of them. Second, in the pro version you can handle up to 5 different style formats at once. Use different styles on the text lines to create many visual states at once (e.g. for a button a disabled version, an enabled version and a highlited one)
How can I use text2graphic efficiently with a not-so-fast computer?
text2graphic uses computing intensive algorithms to display texts and shadows. So, a fast computer can help to reduce setup and rendering times. If you have unchecked "Autoupdate preview", it is possible to change a lot of values without the preview being redrawn. Use templates to save your work and save time next session.
Is it possible to create Texts with more than one line?
Yes. Instead hitting enter for every new line, use a backslash "\" in your text input. It's also possible to prepare text in another application and use "tabs" to separate lines. Import this text with option "convert tabs to special line wraps" checked. For now it is not possible to display a backslash character as a graphic.
Well, is there any manual?
A manual is still written and should be available soon.
